Do you remove malware and viruses from Macs?

Yes — malware and virus removal is one of SoosMac's core services.

Can you upgrade RAM or storage on my MacBook or iMac?

In many cases, yes, if its 2019 or older, depending on the model and year. Contact SoosMac with your Mac's model to find out what upgrades are possible.

Do you work on iMacs as well as laptops?

Yes — desktop iMacs and Mac Pros from 2006 to current, in addition to MacBook, MacBook Pro, and MacBook Air.

Do you work on iPhones and iPads

No, these require expensive tools I do not have.

Why choose SoosMac instead of the Apple Store Genius Bar?

The Genius Bar is great but often busy, with appointments that can take weeks. Bill was the 10th person ever trained by Apple and personally trained many of the techs working at Apple Stores today. SoosMac offers that same level of service, locally and faster.
